It was our first trip to Williams Az and Kristina made us feel very comfortable and safe. I would definitely go back to that warm place. And the bottle of wine was a plus, thank you Kristina.

We had an amazing stay here - it is the perfect place to use as a home base while exploring the Grand Canyon and Sedona, and all the other things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at Kristina’s property. It was absolutely spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. We were given clear and easy to follow instructions to find and enter the property. The location was perfect for our trip to the Grand Canyon, about 1hr drive to the south rim.

Stayed here with another family for the Polar Express experience. The house was beautiful and perfect for the occasion. It was clean, immaculately decorated, and incredibly functional. The location was perfect to walk into town. The house had plenty of sleeping space and lots to do. Would highly recommend.

Place was very clean and had enough room for two people. It was comfortable and homey. It was very quiet other than a train or two, but we didn’t mind. The place was also well stocked. We’d definitely stay again.

Kristina's home in Williams AZ was the perfect location for our many day adventures. The home was very comfortable and very well located to a grocery store, local restaurants and downtown Williams. The entire home was very clean, and clutter free. The temperature was easy to regualte and was always comforable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to prepare a nice meal and the appliances were new, clean and worked great. The home also had a new washer and dryer. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent and the water temprature was easily regulated (vacationers and travellers will well understand). Kristina provided excellent information and instructions and was also extremely responsive to any questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kristina!

Our weekend in Pine was even more amazing thanks to Kari's cabin. We walked into a clean, open space. With plenty of room for us to relax inside or enjoy the spacious deck surrounded by beautiful pine trees. Our friends have a cabin in Pine, so this location was perfect since it was walking distance to theirs. Anything we needed, the cabin provided. Hoping to stay here again!

This was a great place to stay. We had a great experience, the place is very close to everything you could need. The grocery store is a minute away, bars in walking distance. My only negative comments are the beds are super firm, "not a problem if you like that", and a lot of the board games in the game room are missing pieces. I do not hold this against the owners as kids will be kids and lose pieces. Everything is in working order and i would stay here again 5 stars. Mel was a great host and even had the landscapers over to clean up the leaves becauae it was fall.
