WATER: City water is not recommended to drink. It is safe to bath and use otherwise. Please bring extra water. PROPANE: We attempt to ensure propane in both the grill and porch firepit but it is not guaranteed. FAMILY HOME: This is a family-owned vacation home and we rent it so others can enjoy it too. This home is loved and we’re excited to share it with you! For this reason, please note that the home may not offer all the extra amenities of a more pricier accommodation only used for profit. This includes no trash service. We do request guest haul away trash and include information in our check in message on where guest can take and dump trash bags for $5 a bag. PETS: Pets may not use the deck for potty breaks so please be sure to use a leash and pick up after the pets in the yard. We will request a pet fee if you did not disclose a pet. WINTER SNOW: The driveway is sloped and 4-wheel drive may be needed in times of snow. Chains can also be used. If you have 2-wheel drive, we strongly recommend parking on the road. There isn't a lot of space to park on the road. CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons. TPT License: 21-588553 Gila County Permit - A-000022 (application pending) DAMAGE PROTECTION: A $35 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $1,000.

Awesome place in Pine. Great location near the main strip but tucked away in a quiet area with trail access. The elk are the real deal so watch your pets. The yard was perfect for our dogs thanks to the fencing (it’s jumpable but that isn’t a problem for ours). Inside was great with a very well stocked kitchen (everything you need to cook and some spices). The ice cream maker was a hit with the kids. They also enjoyed the horseshoes in the yard.

Loved everything about our stay here at the Ashton cabin. So many thoughtful details went into making our time here so comfortable and enjoyable. Very helpful and responsive when I reached out to them. The bed was SO comfortable!! The cabin was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more! We would 100% choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for being wonderful hosts and welcoming us into your beautiful home.

My family and I loved our stay! The living area and patio were perfect for spending time together and relaxing. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a great meal. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed at Pine by Kari and absolutely loved it! The place was beautiful and cozy, but the real star was the deck, those string lights made it feel magical at night. Grilling out there was a man’s dream come true; great setup, great vibes. Would definitely come back!
