CAMERAS: There are four cameras on the property. (1) One that views the front porch (2) One that views the laundry room back door (3) One that views the driveway (4) One that views the side yard along Franklin Ave These are only monitored when needed. PROPANE: We attempt to ensure propane in both the grill and firepit, but it is not guaranteed. PETS: Dogs are welcome, and the yard is fully fenced in. Responsible pet owns will love that we do provide a large dog kennel, scooper, and bowls. We ask for their safety if left at the cabin alone to kennel them. Guests are asked to pick up after pets during their stay. We ask that pets remain off the furniture, and we also provide covers for the couch and chairs to avoid damage. The damage protection plan does not protect against pet damage. If a pet is not disclosed in your guest count, we will request a pet fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.

Williams has character and is nostalgic; like walking in a time capsule. Please note, your stay is in the downtown area, close to a grocery store, shops, dining and more. We’re close to the elementary school in a community neighborhood. There is only one neighbor backing the property, no other residential neighbors to the right, left, or in front of the property.

Guests will have access to the private use of the house. There is a locked owner’s storage room off the laundry room.

Mel’s place was perfect for our large group. It was located right across Grand canyon brewery and Tesla supercharger, so it was a great location for us. Also plenty of space to sit, hang out and sleep. Kids had plenty of games and activities to do, so they were occupied the whole time. Coffee station was one of the more popular spot in the house. It was perfect 10 on 10 spot for us. We regret not staying longer and will definitely plan for longer stay next time. Mel was always very responsive for checkin and checkout instructions and any other questions.

Home was BEAUTIFUL. We could tell that a lot of work was done to make the place modern but still welcoming. DREAM KITCHEN! Very very clean. My family loved the home and when we come this way again we will definitely look to book this place. Mel was super responsive and helpful. couldn't ask for a better host!

One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at! Mel is very responsive and helpful. We have no issue checking in. The house is spotless. The kitchen is the most well stocked we have seen! Location is conveniently located in Williams and walking distance to town center/restaurants. Strongly recommend!

This house had everything we needed and more! There were lots of games and things to do for the kids. We came to ride the train and it was a short easy walk from the house. We would definitely stay here again!

I can’t say enough about Mel’s home. My family & I had an amazing time. Our trip was planned around the Polar Express. There were sweet little Polar Express and Christmas decorations inside & out, that added more charm, to her already perfect home. Beds & linens were super comfy. The open concept kitchen & game room and fun backyard were perfect for our family trip. One King bedroom is at the opposite end of the house, as well as a beautiful bathroom.. this would be perfect for parents or grandparents wanting a little extra quiet time from the kiddos. ;) Mel thought of everything for guests traveling with families, games, high chair, playpen, giant legos & and adorable room perfect for kids. Mel is one of the quickest responding hosts I’ve rented from and is sweet as can be. She even left our grandkids an adorable gift basket, that we surprised them with after our train ride. Location,l was perfect for everywhere we went. Can’t thank her enough for such a pleasant stay.

Mel’s 3 bedroom + game room futon house was perfect for our 10 member family vacation. Easy one block walk to a playground for our young and young at heart, brewery-restaurant across the street for all. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix 3 meals a day for our 4 day Thanksgiving vacation. Location was a short jaunt to the train station to tour the Grand Canyon, walk to the downtown shops or do a grocery run. Kids loved the ‘vintage’ Nintendo games to spar with their dads during down time. The bedroom touch lamps and remote controlled fans kept our cool room-preference sleepers well rested. Mel’s home decor was festive without being in the way of activities. Appreciated Mel’s tips for the train ride and posted activities. Williams is a great place to vacation and we’d choose Mel’s place again if we get the chance to return and do some trail hiking out of town.

Stayed here with another family for the Polar Express experience. The house was beautiful and perfect for the occasion. It was clean, immaculately decorated, and incredibly functional. The location was perfect to walk into town. The house had plenty of sleeping space and lots to do. Would highly recommend.

Find Us

You’re close enough to walk to the Grand Canyon Brewery, Railroad, and more! The downtown strip is about 10 min walk. However, if you choose to drive, there’s plenty of free parking downtown as well.
