Our home is centrally located in Downtown Williams, right on the main strip. A grocery store is just a 30-second walk away, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars along Historic Route 66 are easily accessible on foot. Please note: This home is located in a vibrant downtown area, not a residential neighborhood. As the home is situated in a lively downtown area, some noise is to be expected. For your comfort, we’ve provided alarm clocks with built-in sound machines. PET POLICY: We welcome one service animal or up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs)—no exceptions. A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning and dry-cleaning all used linens and towels to ensure a safe and allergy-free environment for future guests. To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone: - Please clean up after your pet. - Pets are not allowed on furniture. - Excess pet hair must be cleaned before departure. - An additional $50 fee may be charged if pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, or in the yard. KITCHEN USE: Feel free to use the provided condiments, spices, oils, and sauces during your stay. However, we kindly ask that you do not take them with you. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $500.

Kristina's home in Williams AZ was the perfect location for our many day adventures. The home was very comfortable and very well located to a grocery store, local restaurants and downtown Williams. The entire home was very clean, and clutter free. The temperature was easy to regualte and was always comforable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed to prepare a nice meal and the appliances were new, clean and worked great. The home also had a new washer and dryer. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was excellent and the water temprature was easily regulated (vacationers and travellers will well understand). Kristina provided excellent information and instructions and was also extremely responsive to any questions. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Kristina!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean and well decorated. The pics were accurate and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was convenient and walkable to shops and restaurants. Even though it’s right next to Safeway & Dairy Queen, we had no issues with noise. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to be able to walk over to Safeway and the kids enjoyed the easy access to DQ blizzards haha. Perfect spot to walk downtown and enjoy the many shops and resturants while not being loud and busy around the house. House was very well setup and very clean and well kept. Really appreciated the extra thought that went into making this place convenient and still feel like home! Highly recommend this home for visiting williams and great location to venture West and East of Williams as well.
