Our home is centrally located in Downtown Williams, right on the main strip. A grocery store is just a 30-second walk away, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars along Historic Route 66 are easily accessible on foot. Please note: This home is located in a vibrant downtown area, not a residential neighborhood. As the home is situated in a lively downtown area, some noise is to be expected. For your comfort, we’ve provided alarm clocks with built-in sound machines. PET POLICY: We welcome one service animal or up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs)—no exceptions. A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee covers the cost of deep cleaning and dry-cleaning all used linens and towels to ensure a safe and allergy-free environment for future guests. To help us maintain a clean and welcoming space for everyone: - Please clean up after your pet. - Pets are not allowed on furniture. - Excess pet hair must be cleaned before departure. - An additional $50 fee may be charged if pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, or in the yard. KITCHEN USE: Feel free to use the provided condiments, spices, oils, and sauces during your stay. However, we kindly ask that you do not take them with you. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $500.

This is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the Grand Canyon and the Kaibab forest. It’s located near many fun places to eat and explore. This place is so cutely decorated and the host is very responsive.

We had a wonderful time out in Williams! Our house was in such a convenient location; we walked the 66 and were able to retrieve groceries from next store if needed. The house was clean and comfortable, such a cozy place to come home to!

We had an amazing stay here and would absolutely book again! The home was incredibly clean and well taken care of — everything felt fresh, organized, and comfortable from the moment we walked in. My husband and I had such a great little Valentine's Weekend getaway staying here! This place was so cute, cozy and walkable to pretty much everywhere. I highly recommend renting this spot. There's a little reservoir close by (it would be a nice, long walk but totally doable) that we fished at after we bought a pole at the Mercantile store. You can even walk to the Grand Canyon Brewery from here. The hosts were super easy and quick to communicate with and their local recommendations were great! We would definitely stay here again - we loved it!

Kristina was a wonderful host. The home is like a peaceful little getaway when you walk in. You have no idea you are in town. The home was immaculate. The kitchen felt like home. Everything is walkable, and safe. I would recommend the Red Raven to eat at. Simply delectable. Thank you Kristina! Highly recommend. Will always choose when traveling through. ❤️
