PET POLICY: We welcome one service animal or up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs)—no exceptions. A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee helps cover the cost of deep cleaning and dry-cleaning all used linens and towels to ensure a safe, allergy-free environment for future guests. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space: - Please clean up after your pet - Pets are not allowed on furniture - Excess pet hair must be cleaned before departure - An additional $50 fee may be charged if pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, or in the yard. KTICHEN: Guests are welcome to use the provided condiments, spices, oils, and sauces during their stay. We kindly ask that these items remain in the home for future guests. SLEEPER SOFA: Please note: the sofa bed is currently unavailable. However, we provide two twin-size rollaway beds for additional sleeping space. GUEST BOOK & HOUSE INFO: Upon check-in, please refer to the guest book for helpful information, including: - Wi-Fi password - Thermostat instructions - Local tips and recommendations CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons. A $24 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $500.
