PET POLICY: We welcome one service animal or up to two small dogs (under 30 lbs)—no exceptions. A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies to all stays with pets. This fee helps cover the cost of deep cleaning and dry-cleaning all used linens and towels to ensure a safe, allergy-free environment for future guests. To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space: - Please clean up after your pet - Pets are not allowed on furniture - Excess pet hair must be cleaned before departure - An additional $50 fee may be charged if pet hair, urine, or feces is found on furniture, floors, or in the yard. KTICHEN: Guests are welcome to use the provided condiments, spices, oils, and sauces during their stay. We kindly ask that these items remain in the home for future guests. SLEEPER SOFA: Please note: the sofa bed is currently unavailable. However, we provide two twin-size rollaway beds for additional sleeping space. GUEST BOOK & HOUSE INFO: Upon check-in, please refer to the guest book for helpful information, including: - Wi-Fi password - Thermostat instructions - Local tips and recommendations CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons. A $24 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $500.

We had an amazing getaway. Everything was perfect. Well thought out and extremely clean! Can’t wait to stay again when we return! Location was perfect, quiet yet close to everything. Very well laid out floor plan. Neat and clean, everything you could need and more stocked and available in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Cozy and comfortable house, location close to restaurants and businesses. Host was informative and responsive. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Kristina was always available for my questions. The home was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much!!I would highly recommend. We ate in most of the time and the kitchen had all necessary items! Thank you for such a great place to experience Williams and the Grand Canyon.

Our stay was incredible. The home is absolutely adorable!!! They paid attention to detail when they chose furnishings, lighting, and drawer pulls. We found it in pristine condition and everything was clean upon arrival. The place is cozy and feels so much like home. Kristina was great at communicating and answering questions. I would highly recommend this home and host. We were happy with our stay! The area was quiet. I’d definitely choose this place again.

The stay was perfect for the AZ vacation . Was able to travel easily to all the National parks in the area , and rest comfortably at night at the house . Ample space , clean , comfortable beds, spacious kitchen, private parking! Clean and sparkling place , and was even greeted with a bottle of wine ( only if we drank ) Kids loved the stay also ! Will return if we do another canyon trip in the future !

This place looks better in person than it does in the photos. Very clean too! Plenty of parking. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Wish it was a bit warmer outside so we could have spent some time in the spacious back yard. Would stay here again and will recommend it to anyone we know.
